ATAS focuses on elevated Malaysian streetwear basics, with premium T-shirts as the core product category.
2. What makes your T-shirts different?
Our direction is clean, substantial, and easy to wear. For selected heavyweight styles, we highlight 240 GSM premium Siro cotton for a more structured and premium feel.
3. How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size guide on each product page before placing your order. If you are unsure, contact us and we will do our best to help with sizing guidance.
4. Can I exchange my item if the size is wrong?
Yes, size exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
5. Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
6. Are sale items eligible for refund or exchange?
Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective or we sent the wrong item.
7. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Malaysia, including West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
8. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and courier operations.
