Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Please review product details, sizing, and your order carefully before checkout.

Size Exchanges

We accept exchange requests for size issues only, subject to stock availability.

To request a size exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items returned for exchange must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • unaltered
  • free from damage, stains, perfume, or deodorant marks
  • returned in original condition with original packaging where possible

If the requested replacement size is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the next available option.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Wrong Item or Defective Item

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will review the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Items That Do Not Qualify

We may reject returns or exchanges where:

  • the request is made outside the stated time frame
  • the item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • the item is returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale
  • the item was purchased on sale and is not defective
  • the issue is normal wear, misuse, or handling after delivery

  • Insert the effective date.
  • Confirm who pays return shipping for size exchanges.
  • Confirm who pays re-shipping for exchanged items.
