Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume launch periods may require additional processing time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

- East Malaysia: 3 to 7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, remote areas, weather, customs or transport disruptions, or seasonal demand.
